Where We Drop Off

To offer free/discounted delivery, we utilise Side-of-Truck placement. This means bags are left at the closest safe point on your driveway or verge. For a “to-the-door” service, please select our Premium Delivery option.

You Place Your Order

Order online or via SMS/phone. We confirm your products and delivery suburb.

Step 1

We Queue Your Delivery

All deliveries are handled on an ASAP basis. Orders are grouped by area for efficiency.

Step 2

SMS Notification on Dispatch Day

On the morning of dispatch, you'll receive an SMS notification when the driver starts the route for your area.

Step 3

Delivery Within 0–7 Days

Your delivery window is typically between 0 to 7 days. Bags are placed at your driveway or verge (side of truck).

Step 4

We deliver to your driveway or verge only. To keep our promo prices low, drivers cannot move bags further into the property (e.g., backyards or carports).”

  • Standard Promo Delivery
    Your order will be placed at the side of the truck (driveway or verge). Please note: our drivers are unable to accommodate requests for placement beyond this point to ensure we stay on schedule for all customers.
  • To offer free/discounted delivery, we utilize Side-of-Truck placement. This means bags are left at the closest safe point on your driveway or verge. For a “to-the-door” service, please select our Premium Delivery option.
  • Arrival & Placement

    Delivery is strictly to the driveway/verge (side of truck). Drivers cannot move bags manually onto the property. We appreciate your help in keeping our deliveries efficient!

  • Placement Policy

    To avoid disappointment on the day, please note that promo deliveries are limited to the property verge or driveway. Drivers do not offer a “carry-in” service for these orders.
