Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.  Exchanges and refunds of delivered goods will incur a delivery charge.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

A full refund is available for any undelivered items if orders are cancelled within minimum of 48 hrs from delivery

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Cancellations

Cancellations may incur a delivery and/or service charge.  Generally if enough notice is provided (minimum 48 hours) these charges will not apply.
